Dr Colin Helm

Dr Colin Helm originally hails from the Highlands of Scotland, but he and his family have made New Zealand their home after moving here 24 years ago. He graduated from Glasgow University, Scotland in 1992, before going on to gain joint General Practice Fellowship qualifications in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has been a GP in Tauranga since 1998 and has been involved in Clinical Research since 2009.

Colin recently decided to take a career break from General Practice to enable him to further develop his interests in Appearance Medicine and Skin Cancer Surgery. He continues to be actively involved in Pharmaceutical Clinical research trial work, and was recently awarded a position in the Educational Faculty of the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine.
